Miguel is the first lawyer in Spain to obtain a declaration of nullity for timeshare contracts (Timeshare Property Law) from the Supreme Court in favor of consumers, becoming a national reference and recovering large sums of money for his clients against major industry players such as Grupo Anfi, Palm Oasis (Holiday Club), Club La Costa, Resort Properties (Silverpoint), Excel, etc. As founding partner, he is a pillar of our firm, also standing out in other areas of law such as succession, contracts, real estate, commercial and administrative litigation, with a very high success rate.

Óscar López Martín
